The 2019 Scholarship Auction launched this week at the annual kick-off breakfast with an enthusiastic group of volunteers and inspiring leadership from this year’s co-chairs, Jane Paul and Lisa Winans. At the breakfast, parents, both new and returning, learned how they can become involved and support the auction. From writing item descriptions to soliciting donations to designing class tributes, there is something for every level of commitment and every skill set. Volunteering with the auction is a unique and meaningful way to engage in the school; there are still opportunities for families to get involved, including on the Sports, Beauvoir’s Best, Editorial, Online, and Jewelry, Fashion, and Home committees. If you are looking to volunteer for a few hours, auction day volunteers are needed to help decorate, arrange auction items, and ready the Cathedral for the big event.
Learn more about how you can get involved by viewing the auction post on the Parent Portal. You can also contact Jane Paul and Lisa Winans, Auction Co-Chairs, at email@example.com or Laura Terry, Associate Director of Institutional Advancement, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
