Happy Tuesday, Friends!
Our Global Studies Night is almost here! I can see that you are learning many new things about the countries and regions you are studying. This week I thought I would take some time to learn about some of the animals that are legendary to the countries you learned about.
THE NATIONAL ANIMAL OF ARGENTINA

This interesting bird builds its nests on high places like poles or trees. The nest looks like a tipped-over cup or baker’s oven. The nest is made from grass, animal hair, and mud, which dries into a covered hut where the Roufous Hornero can lay its eggs. What does the nest remind you of?
