Morning Message for October 7

Dear Friends,

Welcome back from what I hope was a delightful weekend! I saw a lot of pumpkins around town as I traveled about. You know what this means!

This week is National Fire Prevention Week, which educates people from all over America about their role in keeping themselves and others around them safe from fire hazards. All this week, you will read some important messages about fire safety and put your sharp thinking skills to the test. My morning messages may have some puzzles for you to solve, observations to make, or questions to answer. Put your super smart noggins on and let’s learn about fire safety together!

– Love Mrs. Gibbs-Wilborn

Can you look at the picture below and pick out the things that might be fire hazards? How would you make it fire safe?
