Morning Message for October 15

Dear Students,

I hope you were able to enjoy the long, four-day weekend as much as I did! What was your favorite quiet memory? What was your favorite busy activity? What was your favorite musical activity?

Some of you may remember that sometimes I have to travel and attend conferences so that I can learn things. This Friday, I will be traveling to a conference for other Heads of School. This week I will be giving you some clues to see if you can guess where I will be flying. Put your thinking caps on and good luck!

Love, Mrs. Gibbs-Wilborn

This state has an official wild animal that many of us have seen before. It usually likes to come out at night and

forage for food, often tipping over trashcans or containers in search of something to eat. Last year you might

remember that we had one on the Cathedral Grounds during the day!

Some people say it looks like he is wearing a mask over his eyes. Can you guess what animal I am

talking about?
