Morning Message for November 14

Dear Students,

Welcome back to Beauvoir. Today is the last day of school before our weekend begins, because tomorrow we will have a special memorial service at the Cathedral for our dear friend and teacher, Mrs. Cato. Beauvoir was blessed to have Mrs. Cato as a teacher for 44 years. Her smiles, hugs, love, and laughter filled our hallways for several decades. Look closely at what I just shared and see if you can guess how many decades she taught here (hint: a decade means ten years).

Is there anyone in your family who has taught as many years as Mrs. Cato? Her incredible love of and deep commitment to Beauvoir is what I will miss the most, and she will always be in my heart.

What will you miss most about Mrs. Cato?

Love, Mrs. Gibbs-Wilborn
