I wonder how many times you have thought of the Beauvoir Life Rules this month? I recently learned about a woman who kept the Life Rules in her heart every day and earned the Presidential Medal of Freedom for being kind, honest, respectful and responsible in her life’s work.
Anne Dodge Wauneka was a tribal leader of the Navajo Nation and worked throughout her life to improve the life of other Navajo people. She was the second woman ever elected to Tribal Council and spent the rest of her life helping people in the areas of health, communication, family and infant care, disease prevention, housing, and overall well-being.
How can you remember the Life Rules this week and maybe help others around your environment?
Love, Mrs. Gibbs-Wilborn
