Sometimes I hear from students that it is a bit bumpy getting back into the routine of school after a long break like we just had. Do you feel that way too? Often our bedtime routines are different (we may stay up longer), we may be eating new foods, and visiting new spaces. Over time, our body adjusts to these new routines and it can take some time to get back on track. There are some great suggestions below for how you can get back to your Beauvoir stride. Look at the pictures below and see if you can tell what I encourage all students to do in the new year. One of the pictures is a photo that cautions you NOT to do something because of its impact on your health and wellbeing. Can you tell which one that is?
