Happy Tuesday!!! On this very day in the year 1913, Rosa Parks was born. Rosa Parks was an American activist in the civil rights movement. She is best known for her pivotal role in the 1955 Montgomery bus boycott. In 1999, President Clinton awarded Ms. Parks a Congressional Gold Medal. The Congressional Gold Medal is the United States’ highest honor for civilians.
